What will I be doing as a Chef de Partie?

\n\nRegular training\nEnsure all food preparation meets standards\nPrepare and present high quality food\nSupervise staff\nPrepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\nAssist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures\n\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nPrevious experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie role\nStrong coaching skills\nAbility and desire to motivating Team\nExcellent communication skills\nAchieved Basic Food Hygiene Certificate\nSupervisory experience\nPositive attitude\nAbility to work under pressure\nAbility to work on own or in teams\n\n
