A Chef de Partie, will supervise staff and ensure high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Chef de Partie will also be required to assist with food cost controls. 

\n\nYou will join the kitchen brigade, working in your designated section.\nYou enjoy leading your section and your Commis Chefs to produce high quality dishes impeccably prepared and served. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.\nAre you an experienced Chef, positive and passionate about food and eager to be part of a stellar kitchen brigade?
