What will I be doing?
\n\nAs a Chef de Partie you will contribute to our guest’s dining experience in the Restaurant. Our guests expect an impeccable service whilst enjoying local and seasonal produce.
\n\nSpecifically you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\n\tDevelop and delivery menus that ensures satisfaction\n\tProduce consistent quality meals \n\tKeep up to date with culinary trends\n\tSupervise your section, including development of Team Members\n\tAssist with the maximisation of F&B revenue through effective food cost control\nWhat are we looking for?
\n\nIn your new role, you will be working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
\n\n\n\tPrevious experience as a Chef de Partie or ready to take the next step in your career\n\tExperience working in a fine dining restaurant \n\tAbility to demonstrate creativity\n\tAbility to plan and organise\n\tEffective communication skills\n\tAbility to supervisor, train, motivate and develop a team \n\n\n\n\n
