A Chef De Partie Banqueting is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.

\n

What will I be doing?

\n\nPrepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines\nPrepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus\nAssist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nEnsure foods are of good quality and stored correctly\nContribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\nReport maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation\nAwareness departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team\nBe environmentally aware\n\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nNVQ Level 2\nBasic Food Hygiene Certificate\nPositive attitude\nGood communication skills\nAbility to work under pressure\nAbility to work on own or in teams\n\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n\nNVQ Level 3\nPrevious kitchen experience in similar role \n\n
