Chef de Partie - Indonesian cuisine - Grand Hyatt Jakarta
**Description:** You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting the expectations of employees, guests and owners. Chef de Partie - Indonesian cuisine will be responsible to supervise the smooth operational of the employee canteen kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high-quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards. **Qualifications:** + Well knowledge Indonesian cuisine, + Minimum 2 years work experience in the same position in an employee canteen of 5 star hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. + Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. + Strong communication skills across department + Confident to communicate in English **Primary Location:** ID-JW-Jakarta **Organization:** Grand Hyatt Jakarta **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Culinary **Req ID:** JAK001188 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
