In this role, you will assist in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the MICE Events department, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals. You will be responsible to prepare the mis en place, presenting dishes to high level of standard. The right candidate should share our passion for providing bold and memorable moments thru our FB offerings that reflect the hotel’s focus on quality and creativity, all served in grand style.

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Culinary or Hospitality management.

At least 3-5 years' banqueting experience cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel and/or a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong coaching and interpersonal skills Experience with Food Safety and Hygiene standards Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
