We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl for the summer season. You will be a crucialmember of the culinary team, responsible for running a designated kitchen section.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize and manage your assigned kitchen section to maximize efficiency and productivity.Prepare dishes consistently and in line with established recipes and standards.Assist in menu planning, considering seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.Monitor food and operating costs, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.Ensure sanitation and hygiene standards are met, adhering to HACCP regulations.Maintain and care for kitchen equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
