We are looking for a dynamicChef de Partie- The Peak Grill whowill contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the outlet restaurant kitchen. In this role, you will oversee the kitchen section and ensure that it runs according to the performance standards and all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to the standard recipes. You will be responsible to organize the set-up the kitchen as effectively as possible, monitor food and operating costs, and manage and reduce wastage.

Ideal local national candidates shall meet the following criteria:

Progressive career in kitchen operations in a restaurant or hotel with high standards, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar roleComprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety StandardsTo contribute to menu planning and development, including the formulation of future gastronomic trends, and to have a strong enthusiasm for developing innovative ideas and service conceptsAbility to work around different computer applications and kitchen management systemsStrong management and leadership capabilitiesPassion for working with people
