\nLocated on a beautiful peninsula in San Juan, Puerto Rico, it is a vibrant destination beach-front resort! Sitting on 17 acres of tropical landscape, the resort is just a short distance from Old San Juan, the vibrant Condado district and the Puerto Rico Convention Center. Featuring a picturesque ocean-side boardwalk, 652 guest rooms and 65,000 square feet of meeting space. Ideal Candidate will be Bilingual and have at least 5 years of Cook experience.

What will I be doing?
As a Chef Tournant, you are responsible for leading and training staff and ensuring high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Chef Tournant will also be required to manage food cost controls. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nLead and train the team\nRelieve cooks and chefs for various shifts\nSupervise Culinary team and Stewarding Team while on shift\nEnsure all food preparation consistently meets standards\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation\nRequisition food needed for preparation of all meals\nEnsure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working hours\nSupport brand standards through the training and assessment of your team\nManage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue\nManage kitchen and Steward brigades effectively to ensure a well-organized and motivated team\nKnowledge of activities in other departments and implications\nWhat are we looking for?
