YOUR ROLE

In R&D at P&G, you will be responsible to develop and lead the future innovation for OralCare across Europe. You are the direct link between consumer, technology and the next product innovation to delight our consumers.

From Day 1, you are the manager of your business and will be responsible for important projects and innovations across the different product categories within OralCare You work with multifunctional teams across the technical and commercial functions to bring our innovation to life and into the hands of our consumer. With your understanding of the consumer, the technology and the future opportunities you will make a difference in our innovation strategy. Your technical expertise and understanding, collaborative and curious mindset will enable you to make a difference as part of the global R&D organization.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

You have, or will have completed before starting with us, a master’s degree or a PhD in Life Science or similar with strong academic results.

You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a passion for sales.

You are flexible to move to our DACH HQ office near Frankfurt, Germany.

You can speak and write proficiently in English.

Short work experience, internships and studies abroad are considered as a plus.
