This will be up to a 3-month paid internship, hourly rate range $25-$30/hour, commensurate with experience.
POSITION SUMMARY: Internship focused on characterizing, developing, and optimizing chemical processes.

Photolithography process for MEMS wafer with topographyLamination, exposure and develop process of photosensitive dry filmUse Filmetrics and KLA P16 to measure film thicknessDevelop method to baseline photosensitive photoresist, dry film processDevelop manufacturing methodology to improve photoresist, dry film process
