Position Summary

Accountable for operating automatic and/or manual equipment to process batches of bulk materials/ingredients in accordance with operating procedures

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Operating chemical or mechanical batch process equipment (e.g., mixers, grinders, filter presses, dryers, filtering equipment, furnaces, coolers, pressure chambers, chemical reaction tanks, etc.)
• Performing quality control analyses as required to complete in-process batches and identifying variations from standards
• Participating in training for hazardous material handling and emergency procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requires a high school diploma/GED, plus an

Associates degree or minimum 5 years relative operations experience.
