您将做什么

1、熟悉生产工艺流程，熟悉泵、槽、冷凝器等设备的基本结构与性能；2、负责本岗位各设备的操作、检查、维护和保养；3、检查主要设备的工况，确保无问题后给中控室和有关岗位联系；4、认真观察和记录本岗位的设备运行情况；5、对碱性物料（参照氢氧化钠）安全技术说明书中所涉及的内容，做到应知应会；6、在生产过程中严格控制，杜绝”跑、冒、滴、漏“现象；7、搞好生产现场卫生，设备周围无积料，设备见本色，平台无积水，跑、冒、滴、漏及时清理；8、工作时间不准脱离岗位，不得私自离开工作场所，不得违章作业，发现故障喝问题，及时报告，并采取紧急措施，防止事故发生；9、执行设备维护保养制度，定期加油润滑，严禁设备超负荷运行和带病工作；10、负责本岗位设备及区域卫生清理工作；11、严格遵守操作规程，认真执行确认制，保证安全生产；12、做好本岗位的各种记录，完成上级领导安排的其它工作事项。
