Job Title: Chemical Operator - Process ControlsJob Description We are seeking a diligent and skilled Chemical Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of plant equipment including mixers, crystallizers, pumps, dryers, centrifuges, ball mills, filters, cranes, heat exchangers, packaging equipment, calciners, boilers, and kilns. Key responsibilities include ensuring the proper operation of processes, performing routine work, making and breaking connections, cleaning and flushing process piping or hoses, and conducting necessary checks using instruments and tools. The role requires the ability to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, and work platforms, as well as handle containers ranging from 5-gallon pails to 55-gallon drums. The candidate must be capable of operating electrical and pneumatic tools, working in extreme temperatures, and wearing necessary safety equipment such as respirators and self-contained breathing apparatuses.
