**Chemical Operator (Senior)** Manufacturing Hunterdon County, NJ, US Pay Rate Low: 35.00 | Pay Rate High: 40.00 + Added - 02/05/2025 Apply for Job Our Client, a Fortune 100 energy company who specializes in pioneering new research and pursuing new technologies to create more efficient forms of energy, is seeking a Chemical Operator to join their growing team. 1st shift, M-F **Responsibilities** + Operate multiple pilot plants simultaneously + Become very familiar with all operational parameters and equipment for each unit (pumps, reactors, gas meters, mass flow controllers, thermocouples, pressure transducers, etc.) + Perform analytical testing and submit/inventory samples as needed + Perform routine maintenance/mechanical work to support high service factor operations **Ideal skills/experience:** + Operation of pilot plant equipment + Hands on experience with pumps, flow controllers, handling of chemicals + Honeywell or other systems experience a plus + Troubleshooting experience with various process equipment **Background:** + 2+ years of experience in production or manufacturing environment with focus in the chemical industry + Minimum of GED/HS Diploma Pay: $30-40/hr This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
