Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

Bridge the gap between R&D and Engineering production by developing tools and processes that meet the R&D analysis that can be efficiently used by the Engineering production team to effectively deliver projects.

Create various Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, and Equipment Drawings

Preform mass balance and heat balances for production process Monitor and Troubleshoot problems in the production process

Collaborate and Perform R&D experiments to increase production efficiencies

Develop Safety and Standard Operating Procedures

Manage Engineering projects

Design equipment and processes to increase production quality

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or related degree from an ABET-accredited program

0-5 years of experience in Chemical or Process Engineering

Knowledge and Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (specifically excel and word)

Ability to work independently or on a team

Highly Organized

Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Travel

There is no travel required for this position.  Relocation assistance will not be provided.
