Your responsibilities as Chemical Process Manager :You will be accountable for supporting, simplifying and improving the production process of our high-quality productsMonitoring and controlling chemical processes on the operational fieldUnderstanding the operational processes at a LEAN environmentLead and support ongoing business with savings projects. Developing technical changes for improve process reliabilityContinuously collaborating with technical specialists, external partners and other functionsAll of our positions are entry-level management roles. With the development of your outstanding operational and leadership skills, we can provide dynamic advancement opportunities.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for YOU if:

Graduated as chemical, bio- or environmental engineer (Bsc or Msc)Maximum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar fieldYour English and Hungarian language skills are fluent in written and oralYou have strong leadership and excellent communication skillsCharacterized by good problem-solving skills, systems approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibilityYou like to work in a team, but at the same time willing to work independentlyYou are open and motivated to acquire new knowledge as an engineer and managerYou use Microsoft Office tools at a professional level
