Our significant ongoing investment in R&D generates a steady flow of APIs, enabling timely introduction of new products to market. **The opportunity** + Capabilities in the areas of organic chemistry in designing and conducting multi step organic synthesis + To Identifying and select various routes of synthesis for developing Non-infringing process for API molecules + organize raw materials/ chemicals/ reference standards/ glass wares and any specialized equipment for laboratory + Strongly self-motivated, believing in team work + Always follow Good Laboratory Practice. + Optimizing development of an economically viable and ecofriendly technology at bench scale + Data generation for DMF filing of final APIs. + Preparation of Safety report. + Development of new API molecules. + Good team player for inter & Intra departments **How you’ll spend your day** + To develop the cost effective, non-infringing and ecofriendly process for complex or small molecules. + Smooth technology transfer to pilot plant as well as commercial scale. + Prepare the documents required by different authorities. + Support to various departments during development as well as technology transfer. **Your experience and qualifications** M.Sc (Chemistry / Organic Chemistry) 2 to 5 years **Reports To** Senior Manager Chemical R&D EOE including disability/veteran
