With thorough training, hands-on experience, and strong team culture, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in warehouse operations and production support while working with a reputable industry leader. **Responsibilities** + Support batching and blending operations according to food-grade safety protocols. + Follow the master cleaning schedule and perform daily sanitation to maintain cleanliness standards. + Wear appropriate PPE (Tyvek suit, eyewear, face mask) and follow all safety guidelines. + Unload and load trucks and stage products accurately. + Handle materials including citric acid and other food-grade substances (no hazardous chemicals). + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the blend room and warehouse. + Participate in both classroom and hands-on training. + Follow all SOPs and site rules consistently. **Qualifications** + 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred; batching/blending experience is a plus. + Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly. + Strong attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness and safety standards. + Reliable attendance and punctuality. + Comfortable working in PPE and standing for extended periods. + Steel-toed boots required (all other PPE provided). + High school diploma or equivalent preferred.This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
