**Chemist** Laboratory Middlesex County, NJ, NONE Pay Rate Low: 34.00 | Pay Rate High: 40.00 + Added - 03/02/2025 Apply for Job We are seeking a **detail-oriented and results-driven Chemist** to support laboratory operations through high-level analytical testing and method validation. The ideal candidate will bring **hands-on experience with chromatography techniques** and a strong ability to troubleshoot and maintain laboratory instruments. This role is essential for ensuring accurate analysis, compliance with regulatory standards, and continuous improvements in analytical methodologies. **Pay:** $30-$36/hr **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct **routine and non-routine** chemical analysis using **HPLC, GC, and other analytical instrumentation** . + Develop, validate, and optimize **analytical test methods** in accordance with industry standards. + Analyze data and prepare detailed reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. + Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance. + Work closely with cross-functional teams to support research, quality control, and product development. + Ensure compliance with **Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety regulations** . + Maintain comprehensive records and documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. + Stay updated with **emerging analytical techniques and advancements** in chromatography and other instrumental methods. **Qualifications & Requirements:** + **Bachelor’s degree** in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field. + **Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience** with HPLC and GC in a **quality control, pharmaceutical, or industrial laboratory setting** . + Strong knowledge of **analytical techniques, method validation, and troubleshooting** of laboratory instrumentation. + Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as **FDA, USP, ICH, and cGMP** is a plus. + Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Strong documentation and data interpretation skills. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
