Job Description
The Chemist in the quality control group will mainly focus on wet chemistry testing including pH, titrations, and other related tasks. The role also involves analytical instrumental analysis using GC, HPLC, IR, and other techniques. Day-to-day activities will vary depending on production needs.

The role will start on a mid shift from 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm to facilitate training with all lab personnel. Flexibility to work off-shift hours is required, with potential for rotating shifts every three months (morning, mid, and evening shifts). The lab is situated inside a smaller personal care/cosmetics manufacturing site, with one room dedicated to analytical instruments and a larger lab shared by quality control and R&D. The quality team consists of five members, with always two members per shift, while the R&D team has seven people, mainly working day shifts.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
