Chemistries & Supplies Global Marketing Manager
Job Description

This is your opportunity to join the Global Commercial Marketing Programs team – a high performance team that brings new products, services, application specific workflows and breakthrough marketing approaches into the market faster and more efficiently than ever before at Agilent Technologies. This position offers the opportunity to blend your business, creative and technical savvy to develop and manage global marketing programs in support of the Chemistries & Supplies Division. You will be focused on driving growth and improving our customers’ experience with Agilent. This involves working across multiple functions and geographies to lead cross-functional teams in marketing program identification, development, and execution for successful promotion and revenue growth. 

This position requires a strong understanding of the customers' buying journey and as well as experience in defining and driving a marketing program strategy to bring new products to market with a dedicated focus on digital readiness. 

Responsibilities:

Creating innovative marketing program and campaign strategies to drive growth for the Chemistries and Supplies division.

Collaborating with Regional Marketing Program Managers to analyze related competitive information, market and customer data; facilitate effective program development that meets multi-regional needs; ensuring global efficacy of programs and aligned execution.

Collaborating with Product Managers and marketing communications professionals to develop strategic customer centric messaging and positioning that is translated into marketing collateral, promotion and commercialization plans.

Managing within defined marketing budget; identifying target audiences and offers for a program; working with marcom to develop program plans and the appropriate tactic mix; define content requirements to support the customer buying journey and digital engagement activities.

Define and drive SEM strategy.

Measuring and evaluating the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs. Implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy and design, as the need arises.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent

5+ years experience for entry to this level

5+ years of demonstrated results in a commercial marketing role

Experience developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns to drive awareness and demand targeting scientists/labs

Proven results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal focused plans that align with strategic objectives

Effective project management and interpersonal skills

Clear and compelling writing skills; strong oral communication skills; strong content presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals cross-organizationally, cross-functionally and within a global matrix

Strong initiative and creativity

Proven track record to understand the needs and buying influences of a scientific target audience

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least October 8, 2024 or until the job is no longer posted.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $127,680.00 - $199,500.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
