Chemistry Analyst

Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, natural or food sciences or pharmaceutical with emphasis in analytical chemistry.Knowledge and accuracy in running and maintaining necessary analytical instrumentation is required.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years experience working in a production lab environmentWorking knowledge of ISO 17025 standardKnowledge of food safety and nutrition is an asset

What will be your key responsibilities?

Deliver true, accurate results in a timely mannerCarrying out routine analysis accurately while following documented methods.Operate, manage & maintain laboratory instrumentationMaintains documentation of analytical results in ELN (Electronic Notebook) and/or the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)Work as a team player including open and honest communication, respecting confidentiality with any laboratory information
