As a Chemistry Assembler, you will play a key role on our production team, filling, assembling, and packaging chemistry products into finished goods. You will work on a production line, operate manual and automated equipment, and follow detailed work instructions to ensure product quality and delivery. You will follow safety standards, actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and have the ability to work effectively within a team.

You Will:

Work as a team member on a chemistry production line, filling bottles and assembling products.

Operate automated and manual fill equipment, as well as sealing equipment.

Kit chemistry products into finished good assemblies according to specific instructions.

Follow safety and quality standards at all times, actively suggesting improvements.

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and Quick Kaizens.

Handle, move, and position materials or equipment as required.

Precisely follow work instructions to ensure product consistency and quality.

Assist with product assembly in other areas of the production floor as needed.

Identify and report product, process, and quality issues, and suggest solutions.

Keep work areas organized and maintain a clean, safe environment.

You Have:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to interface effectively with line operators.

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Commitment to following company and safety policies.

Flexibility with work hours, including early morning starts and/or overtime as required by business needs.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
