Summary We are looking to hire a Chemistry Content Developer to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate will be an integral member of a team creating chemistry content that appears on our digital education platforms. A significant component of the job will be writing audience-appropriate content and identifying areas where content needs to be improved or added. Responsibilities + Write and review academic content to ensure it is developmentally suitable, well-structured, and appropriate for students learning chemistry + Analyze textbooks and curricula to derive course structure and plan content + Identify topics where content needs to be added or improved to incorporate relevant and engaging materials + Review chemistry content translated into Arabic to guarantee that the translated content is of high quality and meets the linguistic and cultural needs of the target learners (if applicable) + Develop assessments and learning objectives to measure student progress and work on curriculum refinement Qualifications & Work Experience + An undergraduate degree or higher in chemistry + Experience teaching chemistry or creating educational content in this area + Strong command of both written and spoken English + Experience with EdTech products is a plus Behavioral Competencies + Excellent communication skills + Excellent organization and time management skills + Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn + Accuracy and attention to detail + Research skills + Ability to relate to K–12 grade students + Ability to work within a team as well as individually + Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills + Ability to produce high-quality work to meet tight deadlines Powered by JazzHR
