How will you make an impact?
As a Chemistry Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role as the link between Analysts and Team Leaders/Supervisors. You will collaborate closely with clients and handle crucial laboratory activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your contributions will directly support the development of life-saving treatments and innovative therapies.
What will you do?
Implement and manage analytical laboratory activities for assigned projects in accordance with GMP requirements.Support analysts in solving analytical problems related to APIs, DS, and finished products (Release and Stability).Prepare analytical specifications, study protocols, reports, analytical methods, and SOPs in compliance with current regulations (EU GMP, US GMP) and company quality standards.Coordinate customer management to ensure high customer happiness and timely completion of required activities.Participate in calls/meetings with customers to discuss technical topics within your expertise.Identify requirements for analytical technology transfer from customers and ensure accurate and effective transfer to laboratories.Handle laboratory investigations (Out of Specification and Deviation Reports).How will you get here?
EducationDegree or equivalent experience in CTF, Chemistry, Biology, or similar fields.Diploma in Chemical/Laboratory Technician.ExperienceExperience in the pharmaceutical industry.Multi-year experience in Quality Control.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesKnowledge of chemical-physical and biochemical analysis techniques and validation of analytical methods.Knowledge of GMP and national/international regulations.Strong problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical/statistical software (Empower, MiniTab, Sample Manager).Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under time constraints.Excellent communication and soft skills, with the ability to collaborate successfully in a team environment.
