Responsible for testing the physical and chemical items of raw materials, auxiliary materials, packaging materials and finished products to ensure the accuracy of test results. Carry out the demand of ISO9001, ISO22000, EHS and other management systems to maintain their normal operation. Complete the daily maintenance of testing device and monitoring the stability of products .and be responsible for the confirmation verification of the new testing methods. Perform other duties as required.

What you'll do:

1.Responsible for the physical and chemical analysis of finished products, intermediates, raw materials, and packaging materials and ensure the accuracy of testing results .

2.Complete the physical and chemical testing of the samples from TPM, registration, pilot test and new suppliers.

3.Complete the test of retention samples and analyze the stability results of retention samples, feedback the abnormal situation in time.

4.Responsible for the daily management of common chemical reagents. And ensure that precursor reagents are under the control of regulatory requirements, and the expiry dates of preparing reagents meet the requirements of quality systems.

5.Complete the testing records and make sure the documents, testing records and related activities meet the requirements of quality systems.

6.Responsible for drafting and revising SOP of finished products, intermediates, raw materials, and packaging materials, etc. And ensure that in-process inspection meets the related SOP.Meanwhile, carry out the safety management of laboratory.

7.Check up the testing results, issue the test reports, and sort out the related documents monthly.

8.Complete the SAP release of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, and finished products.

9.Analyze and evaluate the daily testing results, feedback the abnormal data to supervisor in time.

10.Maintain the testing equipment, complete the confirmation and validation of stability and accuracy.

11.Based on the 5S management, Keep the lab clean and tidy, and the items in order.

What you'll need:

1.Understand the related requirements of GMP, ISO9001, EHS, ISO22000.

2.Skilled operation of testing device, such as HPLC, GC, ICP-MS, UV, etc.

3 Familiar with the basic operation of physical and chemical experiments, such as acid -base titration, reagent preparation, and so on.

4.Understand the daily maintenance of testing equipment in lab and ensure they run well.

5.Understand the new progress of physical and chemical aspects of detection equipment and testing methods on current food industry.

6.Familiar with the operation requirements of laboratory safety and the MSDS knowledge related with chemical reagents.

7.Communicating with a good skill, no matter oral or written it is.

8. The ability to communicate effectively between departments.
