Job DescriptionCertified to drive basic machinery within the H&M portfolioEnsure an efficient and effective product flow by following our operational routines in your everyday work which includes but is not limited to;Unloading and sorting garments arriving daily by truck or containerShipping garments and products to our customersProcess returns ensuring the correct refund is issued to our customersStay informed about current campaigns and activities to maximize sales opportunitiesKeep yourself updated and working with ongoing Sustainability initiativesKeep your DC environment clean & organize to support operation excellence  Work in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation with Health and Safety and Security routines to guarantee your personal safety as well as the safety of your colleagues

QualificationsCertified or previously certified to operate an Order Picker (Cherry Picker) and/or Reach Truck, actively driving for 1 year+Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs.Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, carry items.Ability to climb a ladder and use of step stool which will involve heightsMay be required to pull/push manual jack – 10 to 50 lbs.If required, ability to operate electric pallet jack and/or high low machineryIf required, ability to operate a scanning gunIf required, ability to operate strapping machineEffective management of time with ability to prioritizeAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to take initiative in completing tasks and solve problems
