We welcome applicants at all career stages and value diversity, a servant-style leadership approach, and fresh perspectives. Case Mix: There is a diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, gynecology, gastroenterology, urology, neurology, vascular, and high of volume of obstetrics.   What Success Looks Like: Shape the future of anesthesia care by assisting with establishing clear clinical objectives and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of patient care. Collaborate closely with our esteemed physician leadership and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork across departments. Provide mentorship and support to CRNA staff, promoting professional growth and development. Drive initiatives to improve patient outcomes and enhance operational efficiency. What Qualifications You Will NeedGraduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. Hold current status as an Advanced Practice Nurse Anesthetist by the State Board of Nursing for the State of employment. At least two years of CRNA experience outside of education completion.Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer for the limits required by the group, institution, or state.  CRNA may also be required to hold additional licensures, certifications and/or education as required by facility and/or state for which they are assigned.  A Smarter Career InvestmentFounded in 2004 by an anesthesiologist and a CRNA, NorthStar Anesthesia is the fastest growing anesthesia management company in the country.
