The selected candidates will join the BASSC Contracting team. **Your initial responsibilities will include:** + Supplier registration management and Supplier Due Diligence. + e-Order tracking and supplier acceptance confirmation. + Analytical support for contract planning. + Preparation of performance reports. + Electronic administration of the contract portfolio. + Assistance to the internal user in the management and contracting process. + Follow-up and control of Sector procedures. + Maintenance and organization of documents in SharePoint. + Catalog maintenance (construction of new catalogs and updating of existing ones). + Preparation of tenders, validation, and primary analysis of offers. + Control of contracts to be finalized. + Follow-up of invoices / payments. + Invoice/Payment Tracking + Price Analysis Interns will have the opportunity to be part of the Contract Advisors team, start understanding the role and its tasks, and their impact on the business.
