**Overview** **Chief, Geriatrics** **Hackensack Meridian** **_Health_** **Jersey Shore University Medical Center** **Neptune, New Jersey** Hackensack Meridian _Health_ seeks an experienced, Board Certified Geriatrician to lead the Division of Geriatrics at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey. The successful candidate will further the development of the comprehensive plan of care for older adults across inpatient, ambulatory, long-term care, rehab, and home settings.
