The Chief Accountant is in charge of the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. He / She is primarily responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting transactions and activities. Promptly communicating to upper management and / or resolving accounting-related issues and concerns. Ensuring that all accounting-related policies and procedures of TDG and the company are appropriately implemented. He / She is in charge of timely preparation of financial statements and/ or statutory reports for the Board of Directors, Management and other regulatory bodies.
