Work is performed under general supervision with latitude for independent judgement in accordance with established policies and procedures. **Requisition ID:** 40194BR **Travel Required:** Up to 25% **Major/Essential Functions:** + Supports Marketing staff by creating, editing, and tracking digital and print marketing materials. + Works with and supports Associate Director of Donor Relations and Annual Giving on to develop and refine language for stewardship and annual giving communications, including donor outreach and impact statements. + Works with and supports Director of Event on to contribute ideas for themes, outreach, and stewardship efforts. + Works with and supports Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations in planning and writing grant proposals, and conducting corporate outreach and reporting duties as assigned + Collaborates with Development, Stewardship, and MarComm teams to brainstorm creative concepts for marketing materials and event activities, including serving as coordinator between Development and Marketing/Communications teams + Edits and fine-tunes copy for various communications, including reports, impact statements, ads, agendas, and fundraising campaigns. + Collaborates with designers as needed on idea generation, copy writing, and feedback on various design elements + Works with senior management in brainstorming to develop new communications strategies and marketing tactics. + Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes. + Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork).
