Assists the Executive Pastry Chef in developing desserts, cakes and pastries that are diverse and innovative Assists the Executive Pastry Chef in sourcing and incorporating unique products from around the world Applies flexibility and creativity to meet customers’ needs Thoroughly trains staff in necessary techniques and work sequences, with follow-up and assigned responsibilitiesRequirements:
Minimum 6 years' experience as baker with hotel background or/and bakery experience, international experience, fine dining background and diploma as master baker is an advantage
