In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. The Chief Butler plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and hospitality within our establishment. This leadership position requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to foster positive relationships with guests and casino marketing teams. The Chief Butler will oversee training initiatives for staff and contribute to strategic planning to enhance the overall guest experience.
What you will do
Build and maintain strong rapport with guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with the highest standards of service.
Supervise daily operations to uphold and enhance service quality, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
Proactively identify and resolve guest issues and concerns, demonstrating strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Design, implement, and conduct training sessions for staff to promote service excellence and operational efficiency.
Lead by example, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a collaborative work environment.
Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies aimed at improving guest satisfaction and overall operational performance.
Partner with casino marketing teams to create and promote events and offerings that enhance the guest experience and drive engagement.
What you bring
Extensive experience in a hospitality leadership role, preferably as a butler or in a luxury service environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create lasting relationships with guests and team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Proven experience in training and developing staff.
Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Strategic thinking skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences and operational success.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
