The Client Administration Team plays an essential role in the Chief Commercial Organization (CCO) organization. Across the globe, Investment Services(IS) Relationship Managers and Deal Leads rely on us to help them reduce billing risk and create capacity by being the process expert related to fee schedules.
Who we are looking for
As a member of the Client Admin Team, you will learn on the job the main activities and duties of this department, working with experienced professionals that are always eager and willing to teach and develop new talent. This is an opportunity for you to build up your career while you learn about Client Fee structures and associated billing. You will be supported by members of the team as they assign you important activities in order to help the Chief Commercial Organization in reducing their risk associated with the onboarding of Fee Schedules. It will give you the opportunity to build partnerships across multiple stakeholders across State Street.
What you will be responsible for
As Client Administration Intern you will:
Work and learn directly with the Client Admin Team Members Globally.
Assist Client Admin team members on a daily basis in their routines, attending the requests in a timely basis, focusing on the quality of duties.
Assist with the Governance and the standardization of Fee Schedules, load and maintain contracts in the enterprise contract repository, facilitate the collection and submission of billing data to the billing department
Keep contact and perform follow-ups with internal stakeholders
Provide backup and serve as an in-house resource to the Client Admin Team

Qualification:
Candidates currently pursuing bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing and Communications, Finance and Economics.

Salary Range:
$15,600 - $58,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
