We are now looking for a Chief Customer Officer to join us.
Mission and Responsibilities
In this role, you are at the forefront of driving our customer-centric strategies, ensuring that our sales organization is not only supported but also empowered to achieve excellence. You are instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration and synergy across various departments and divisions within SMR. By leveraging your extensive expertise, you streamline reporting structures, enhancing our ability to respond swiftly and effectively to the ever-evolving global market dynamics. Your role involves maintaining and strengthening the collaboration between our departments and the SMR divisions. This enables quicker, more informed decision-making processes, ensuring that we remain ahead of the curve. Your involvement is crucial in ensuring that we adhere to our common SMR strategic direction and ways of working, thereby driving our collective success.
To maintain a global perspective and ensure that strategy aligns seamlessly with execution, you work in close collaboration with our sales organizations and divisions. By leveraging common functions within SMR, you act as a pivotal voice towards the Business Area Management team. Additionally, you play a key role in strengthening governance by integrating sales area performance reviews and key customer management processes with our overarching strategic goals.
Profile Requirements
We are in search of a visionary leader who possesses a passion for driving customer-focused strategies and achieving business excellence. The ideal candidate has a robust background within the mining or infrastructure industry, coupled with extensive experience in sales leadership. A proven track record of managing global accounts and the ability to navigate both complex market dynamics and decentralized organizational structures are imperative. Your communication skills in English must be exemplary, as you interface with a diverse array of stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly are essential. You should be an adept communicator, networker, and negotiator, capable of cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with various stakeholders. You are expected to grow our business and the people around you through empowering, influential, and credible leadership. Creating a genuinely collaborative environment with a broad spectrum of stakeholders is integral to your success. With a strategic mindset and a confident approach, you spearhead initiatives and surmount challenges within our international, matrix, and perpetually evolving organization.
