In this capacity, you will be responsible for: • Ensuring compliance with harness development and proper deployment of the tooled process. • Providing precise reporting to stakeholders (SES, SEP, and Airbus). • Ensuring coherence between French and German engineering activities. Your main activities will include: • Defining work methods, particularly for future versions (regulations, practice, engineering roadmap, improvement/feedback, and necessary evolutions). • Managing the budget, main schedule, and priorities; consolidating action plans and the annual workload considering constraints (Client, engineering, production, etc.). • Defining and controlling the deployment of necessary tools and methods for activities. • Ensuring the completeness, timeliness, and maturity of deliverables to the client. • Managing claims, needs, and changes by gathering all necessary data. • Continuous improvement (resolution, planning, risks/opportunities, tools, capitalization, etc.). These activities will be capitalized upon and also put into perspective to prepare the engineering management structure for the future single-aisle program under the "NExT" plan by Safran Electrical & Power.
