Park Plaza Waterloo Hotel, comprises of 494 guest rooms, 6 meeting rooms, guest parking, Florentine Restaurant and Bar, Illy Cafe and sets the tone for an enhanced business trip, family getaway or couples retreat in Central London

We are looking for our Chief Engineer who will:

Be responsible for the overall engineering and maintenance operations of the hotelEnsure that all training needs for team members are identified, processed promptly, and undertaken at an appropriate timeCarry out routine spot checks of equipmentEnsure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectivesPromote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests receivedManage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitudeHave experience leading a large maintenance teamBe hands-on and strong with stakeholder managementShare our values: Confidence, Understanding, Playful, Curious, Elegant, EasyHave previous experience as Chief Engineer or Maintenance Manager in a similar sized hotel
