We are hiring System Engineering Lead (SELs) to participate in Electronic Systems development programs at any of the locations listed above. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to model, design, develop, integrate, debug, test, field, and support our innovative Electronic Systems. 1. Technical Solution Definition, Viability and Adequacy: + Develops system architecture and leads design, optimization, trades, and analyses + Ensures system design and implementation meet technical requirements and customer/mission needs within allocated engineering cost & schedule + Ensures system design is realizable, maintainable, supportable and testable + Drives technical risk and opportunity definition, identification, and mitigation/realization 1. Technical interface to Customer, PMO and executive leadership: + Extensive outside contact with customers, other contractors, and government officials + Prepare and deliver customer and technical presentations + Understand requirements, missions, use cases, and constraints + Technical risks and issues including impact assessment, mitigation, minimization and closure plans **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor Degree in related discipline and 8 years of relevant work experience + Possess an Active US Government security clearance (with ability to possess TS) + Experience leading development of Electronic Warfare, RADAR, Communications, and/or Missile systems **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Active Top Secret Clearance, SCI eligible + M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 10 years of experience + 5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or equivalent leading development of Electronic Warfare systems + Formal Root Cause and Corrective Action training or equivalent experience + Model based systems engineering experience with tools such as MagicDraw. + Experience with Electronic Warfare, RADAR, Communications, and/or Missile systems **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $142205 - $241749 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
