The Role

Cultivate a high-performance culture, inspiring and motivating the team to excel. Identify new business opportunities and drive innovation within the renewable energy sector. Represent the company with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry partners. Ensure operational excellence and uphold the highest standards of corporate governance.

Proven leadership experience, ideally within renewable energy or a related sector. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth and profitability. Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills. A passion for sustainability and a commitment to renewable energy. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced SME environment.
