The CEO - Lythouse (ESG) will be responsible for spearheading the company’s overall strategy, growth, and operational execution. This role will involve driving sales and marketing initiatives, scaling revenue, expanding market presence globally, and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. The CEO will also be responsible for driving product engineering, product management, professional services and customer support teams for our ESG product.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a long-term strategic roadmap for the company’s growth, with a focus on scaling revenue and expanding market share. Sales & Marketing Oversight: Lead and manage sales and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and brand development in global markets. Revenue Growth: Set and achieve aggressive revenue targets, overseeing business development, partnerships, and enterprise-level client relationships. Innovation & Product Development: Foster a culture of innovation, working closely with product teams to evolve and expand offerings in line with market demands. Global Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand Lythouse’s footprint in key global markets, ensuring alignment with the company’s sustainability mission. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across sales, marketing, product, and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals. Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business performance and secure future growth opportunities.
