As we continue to grow and enhance our global presence, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team at our Orlando, Florida corporate office. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the dnata Group Finance function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization.
Role Overview
As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and risk management operations, including financial strategy development, systems integration, and continuous improvements in our financial controls. You will have an impact across various functions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations while supporting the company’s broader strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience in finance, with a strong background in cross-functional systems integration and project planning.Certifications: CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in financial software, particularly Great Plains, Navision, and/or Microsoft Dynamics.Industry Experience: Prior experience in ground, logistics, freight, or the aviation industry is highly desirable.Skills: Strong knowledge of tax codes and regulations is a plus, with an ability to manage complex financial operations.Travel: Must be willing to travel as required and possess a valid state driver’s license.Preferred Experience
Experience working within an agile environment across multiple teams and initiatives.Background in a Big 4 organization is a plus.Compensation Benefits
