As the CFO for our GNP business unit, you will be instrumental in shaping financial strategy, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and guiding us through the next phases of growth. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing our financial operations, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of financial discipline and innovation. Responsible for direction and oversight of the financial initiatives for this business unit, we ensure our practices place the company in a competitive and compliant position and contribute to organizational success. The Chief Financial Officer provides executive leadership and oversight for the Finance function and will be responsible for implementing strategic practices, partnering closely with the CEO and Executive leadership team.

 

What you will do:

Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax planning, financial reporting and compliance Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that supports growth objectives. Plan and implement corporate structure changes to ensure cost-efficient resource allocation and liquidity management. Cultivate a planning culture through robust forecasting, budgeting, and extending the role of Finance & Accounting as a strategic business partner. Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate and optimized funds to meet obligations and support operations Interact with investors and stakeholders to communicate financial performance, strategy, and prospects Oversee the development of financial strategies to support the organization's goals and ensure financial stability Provide risk advisory & assurance to manage financial risks as well as internal audit Manage Business Intelligence, analyzing financial insights, monitoring & measuring performance etc. Lead or support M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation and negotiation Manage and approve pricing strategies & deal negotiations

 

What you will bring:

Experience leading or managing Finance personnel High level of analytical, communication, and presentation skills Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning Minimum of 8-10 years of Finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Environment in budgeting, long-term planning, and financial modeling Strong interpersonal skills and high levels of tact, integrity and confidentiality Ability to: Lead through influence. Consult with business leaders on finance and associated operational issues, trends and challenges. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to clarify business and performance expectations, identify gaps in understanding and deliver clear and compelling communication. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. Prior leadership experience at an executive level.

 

Desired:

Master’s degree  Experience in private equity or venture capital firms
