Job Summary: The CFO provides leadership and direction to all financial departments for the overall fiscal responsibility of Decatur Morgan Hospital.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

 

Education:  Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration from an accredited college or university, or equivalent.

 

Experience:  Five years health care executive experience (comparable role) or a comparable combination of education and experience.

 Additional Skills/Abilities:  Extensive knowledge of hospital operations.Extensive knowledge of health care environment.Knowledge of Health Planning process.Ability to direct and motivate employees.Ability to plan for and to allocate resources, e.g., financial, personnel, space.Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in written form.CPA preferred.
