This role is pivotal in building our company, supporting international expansion, and driving growth as we establish a global presence.
Your role:
As the CFO of Erinion, you will serve as the right hand and co-pilot to our CEO. You will be responsible for shaping and executing our business plan, managing administrative needs, and collaborating with teams across different markets as we expand internationally. This role requires the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, meet regulatory requirements, and support the CEO in key strategic decisions.
Your responsibilities
Lead financial planning and long-term financial strategies to support Erinion’s growth and international expansion, in close collaboration with our Strategy and Business Development team. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing analysis and insights for corporate governance and strategic decision-making. Drive operational excellence by integrating financial and operational metrics in close collaboration with our Company Operations team. Oversee and execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting, ensuring compliance and transparency. Collaborate with management and regional teams to align business decisions with strategic objectives. Manage relationships with external stakeholders and finance partners as we establish operations in new markets outside Sweden. Develop creative financing solutions and use data-driven insights to inform expansion strategies. Operational responsibility such as for example reporting, coordinating with Scania/Traton, handling tax issues, legal company establishments in new markets etc.Your Profile
Our ideal candidate is an experienced financial leader with a strong track record in scaling businesses, preferably in an international setting. You have a robust financial background, commercial acumen, and a comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks. Experience in growth-oriented companies and dynamic environments is essential, and familiarity with company building in international markets is highly advantageous.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of eight to ten years of senior professional experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect financial insights to business operations and growth opportunities. Experience from building high growth technology companies of relevance to Erinion is a strong plus. Strong commercial track record is a merit. Fluency in Swedish and English; proficiency in other languages is considered a merit.
