Position overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Investment Officer to join our team and lead our investment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's investment strategy and policy, playing a key role in shaping the company's future financial direction.

Key responsibilities:

📈 Develop and implement the company's investment strategy and policy

🚀 Propose and manage strategic asset allocations (SAA) and tactical deviations (TAA)

🤝 Achieve investment results in collaboration with other business units

📊 Align asset portfolios with the company's liability profiles, liquidity and capital position

🙏 Report to the Management Board on investments, portfolio status and future projections

🧾 Monitor market and macroeconomic news relevant to the company's investments

🧩 Propose activities and monitor ALM (asset liability management)

Qualifications:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field (Master's preferred) and CFA certificate

📈  Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within the financial sector

💻 Analytical skills: Strong analytical and strategic skills

🌟 Soft skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities

🛫Decision-making: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions
