What You'll Do
The Chief Learning Officer is responsible for leading the Learning and Development (L&D) function addressing the needs of BCG’s teams and business units worldwide. This position manages a large team learning professionals and is a core member of BCG’s Global People Leadership Team, partnering with our most senior leaders across the full breadth of BCG’s geographies, businesses, specialties and functions and serving as a key thought leader and advisor to senior leadership on talent development, organizational upskilling and learning innovations. This position reports to BCG’s Global People Chair.

What You'll Bring
Proven Experience: 15+ years in a senior HR, L&D, talent development, or related leadership role, in a fast-moving global and matrixed environment with a diverse professional workforce. Transformation Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale L&D transformations with a focus on agility, scalability, and alignment to business priorities. Strategic Vision: Deep understanding of business needs and priorities and how to continuously develop talent in a fast-moving dynamic environmentCollaborative Leadership: Strong ability to work with senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and align diverse perspectives. Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to measure impact, refine programs, and drive continuous improvement. Industry Knowledge: Experience in professional services, consulting, or similar industries is highly desirable. Educational Background: Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, or related fields preferred.Who You'll Work With
