Primarily responsible for the overall management of the Legal Services Division and the efficient and effective delivery of Legal services to the Autohub Group of Companies, in accordance with Autohub philosophy and policies on legal matters and in compliance with the rules and regulations of government regulatory bodies. The Chief Legal Counsel leads in-house attorneys/Legal Counsels, provides strategic legal guidance, legal interpretations and recommendations particularly in the areas of legal compliance, contract management, risk management, legal research, dispute resolution, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and documentation and record-keeping.
