About the Role

Responsible for formulating the strategic direction of our operational platform and architecture to partner with multi-distribution channels, support the business processing and growth in an effective, efficient and customer centric manner

As the Chief Life Officer at AIA, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the strategic direction of our operational platform and architecture. Your role will involve partnering with multi-distribution channels to support business processing and growth in an effective, efficient, and customer-centric manner.

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, establish, and maintain strategies of functions in accordance with business priorities of the organization.Lead functional support, provide solutions, and propose ideas and plans to streamline operations for efficiency and cost containment.Create and sustain a positive and productive environment through planning, maintenance, and general building services, in alignment with critical initiatives.Develop a strategy for promotion and support of sustainable long-term growth in the accident & healthcare business, collaborating closely with distribution channels to accelerate revenue generation.Provide guidance to management on processes related to transformation, planning, and designing the organization, offering recommendations and valuable insights to shape the overall strategic management and corporate direction.Orchestrate continuous transformation efforts to align with business strategies, leading changes that impact the organization and driving overall business results.Ensure the necessary infrastructure is in place to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives, reviewing the Target Operating Model (TOM) to drive innovation and partnership with channels.Implement effective organization people reviews, identifying and developing talent in accordance with the company's people management directives.Ensure team members performing regulated activities hold the relevant licenses and fulfill licensing requirements.
